Corey Taylor Rules Out New Slipknot AlbumMarch 7, 2011
Slipknot frontman Corey Taylor has played down the chances of the band recording a new album.
The group’s future has been uncertain since the death of founding member and bassist Paul Gray last year. In an interview with Undercover.com.au, Taylor said Gray’s death had left a “huge piece” of the band missing. "I don't see it happening,” he said of the chances of recording a new album. “And if it does, it'll be way way down the line." Slipknot are scheduled to headline the Sonisphere festival this summer as part of a European tour. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Slipknot To Play Sonisphere Festival 2011 (03.12.2010)
