Michael Jackson 'Death House' Up For Sale

The Los Angeles house where Michael Jackson suffered a cardiac arrest last year has been put up for sale.

The seven-bedroom French Château-style property in Holmby Hills has been listed for $28.9million.

It includes 13 bathrooms, pool, gym facilities and a guest house, according to Reuters.

Celebrity website TMZ, which broke the news about Jackson's death, said potential buyers must undergo an "extensive pre-qualifying check".

Jackson was renting the home as he prepared for his ill-fated comeback gigs in London last summer.

Meanwhile, a new Michael Jackson album is due to be released in November, although it has come under fire from former collaborator Will.i.am.
