Dave Grohl Reunites With Nirvana's Krist Novoselic On New Foo Fighters AlbumOctober 28, 2010
Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has revealed that his former Nirvana bandmate Krist Novoselic features on their new album.
Grohl, who used to play drums in Nirvana, told BBC 6 Music Novoselic plays bass on one track, while Husker Du's Bob Mould stars on another. Foo Fighters are currently half-way through recording to the follow-up to 2007's 'Echoes, Silence, Patience & Grace'. Grohl has previously said the album, produced by Butch Vig, would be the band's heaviest yet The album, which is yet to be titled, is due to be released ahead of their huge outdoor shows in Milton Keynes next July. Support includes Biffy Clyro and Death Cab For Cutie.
