Muse Writing 'Child-Friendly' Album As Matt Bellamy Gets Ready For Fatherhood

February 14, 2011
Muse Writing 'Child-Friendly' Album As Matt Bellamy Gets Ready For FatherhoodMuse frontman Matt Bellamy has joked that their next album may be more child friendly as he awaits the arrival of his first child with girlfriend Kate Hudson.

Speaking at the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, Bellamy said the group were planning to recrd the follow-up to 2009's 'The Resistance' in London.

Asked whether fatherhood was on his mind, he told MTV News: "Yeah, I'm definitely going to bring out the Vibraphone, [maybe write] a lullaby, things like that.

“I'll definitely get a lullaby on there."

As previously reported, Bellamy also paid tribute to Hudson as the band collected an album award at the ceremony last night (February 13).
