The Prodigy To Headline Snowbombing Festival 2011The Prodigy will headline next year's Snowbombing festival in Austria, it's been announced.

The dance act are the first performers to be confirmed the for the festival, which takes place at the resort of Mayrhofen from April 4-9.

Snowbombing founder Gareth Cooper said: “We are really proud to have The Prodigy playing in one of our amazing venues – a forest clearing with wooden stage surround by the snow topped mountains of the alps in Mayrhofen.”

Snowbombing takes place over five nights and features three mountain stages, seven venues and a silent disco. Tickets are on sale now.
