Usher: Being Kicked By Fan Is 'Hazard Of The Job'

Usher has spoken out after a fan kicked him in the face during a performance in New York.

The incident took place when the R&B star invited a female fan to sit on him on stage at Madison Square Garden.

Video footage shows the girl turning around and hitting Usher in the face with the heel of her shoe.

In an interview with Us magazine, Usher said he found the incident funny and described it as a “hazard of the job”.

"In all my years, this is one of the most interesting experiences. I got a kick out of it!" he said. "It looked worse than it actually was.”

Usher is currently touring in support of recent album 'Versus'.
