Ne-Yo Reaffirms Comments About New Michael Jackson AlbumDecember 22, 2010
Ne-Yo has reaffirmed comments he made about a new Michael Jackson album.
In a recent interview, the R&B singer said he didn't think the late singer would have released 'Michael' if he was still alive. The album, which was released earlier this month, includes several songs completed after Jackson's death in June 2009. Critics and musicians have criticised the release, while many fans have welcomed the album. In a series of new posts on Twitter, Ne-Yo said: “All these 'so called' MJ fans with all this negativity coming outta their mouths. Do you REALLY think that's what Mike stood for? Really. “I never commented on how good or bad the album was. I said it was incomplete. Mike woulda NEVER released incomplete work. PERIOD.” 'Michael' features collaborations with the likes of Lenny Kravitz, Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters and Akon.
