Eminem's Mariah Carey Diss Track 'Is Nothing On Relapse 2'

September 22, 2009
Eminem's Mariah Carey Diss Track 'Is Nothing On Relapse 2'G-Unit's DJ Whoo Kid has said Eminem's forthcoming new album will mark the return of the rapper's “maniacal” side.

Eminem is due to release 'Relapse 2' – the follow-up to this year's 'Relapse' – this winter.

Whoo Kid said the sequel was more intense than the original and that Eminem's recent diss track about Mariah Carey was “nothing compared to 'Relapse 2'”.

He told MTV: “What I heard, that's just 2 percent [of the intensity]. Eminem from back in the day has returned. The crazy, lyrical, maniacal Eminem is back. Maniac!"

Whoo Kid added: "He was maniacal, but that was like, 'Let me come back now. Let me get my shit situated. Who I gotta go at? Let me see what's going on. Let me get comfortable'.

“Now that he's comfortable, now he's gonna be like [a monster] in Relapse 2. Good luck, people."

'Relapse', Eminem's first studio album since 2004's 'Encore', stormed to the top of the US charts in May.

The record sold 608,000 copies in its opening week, becoming the biggest selling album in the US since AC/DC's 'Black Ice' came out last October.
