Bon Jovi Thrill Fans As They Begin London O2 Arena RunJune 8, 2010
Bon Jovi kicked off their residency at the O2 Arena in London last night (June 7).
The US band thrilled fans with a career spanning 24-song set during the first of twelve gigs at the venue. As well as songs from new album ‘The Circus’, the band performed hits include ‘You Give Love A Bad Name’ and ‘It’s My Life’. Bon Jovi had earlier played an impromptu four song set on the roof of the O2 Arena. The band were helped onto the top of the venue - which stands 58 metres tall - by trained mountaineers. The gig was broadcast to fans standing below on a high definition screen in Peninsular Square. (by Jason Gregory) See also: Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora 'To Check Into Rehab' (28.04.2011)
