Blur Film To Hit Cinemas Next January

A feature-length documentary film about Blur's career will open in global cinemas in January 2010.

Titled 'No Distance Left To Run', much of the material was filmed during Blur's reformation gigs in the summer and sees the band talk candidly about their 20 years together.

Blur's label Parlophone says:”With previously unseen archive material alongside new interviews and reportage, the film recounts the highs and lows of a very British band from the late 80’s to their headline return at Glastonbury and Hyde Park. The result is a musing on Englishness and identity and a portrait of friendship and resolution.”

'No Distance To Run' hits cinemas on January 19th. The official trailer is below:
